Juan Carlos Gallo

Creator/Founder

Juan Carlos Gallo is a creative technologist whose work connects visual communication, interactive media, and physical places. His path began with drawing, graphic design, multimedia, and motion, then expanded into immersive experiences and spatial storytelling.

For more than 15 years, he has brought together creative direction and hands-on production across public art, civic storytelling, and immersive activations. He created AR Miami to give streets, landmarks, artworks, and venues their own interactive digital layer, later extending that approach into AR Asheville and Third Room.

Through JCFractal Studios LLC, Juan continues to develop the platform around a simple idea: digital experiences can deepen our connection with the real world.

Ashley Elizabeth Shiver blends event planning, community development, and digital strategy to craft experiences that connect and inspire. With generations of family in Asheville, she brings deep local understanding to projects that fuse culture, commerce, and creative practice.

Ashley founded LiLA Studios, a digital agency specializing in metaverse development, brand design, and edutainment, and she leads Experience AR, helping businesses leverage AR, AI, and web3 to captivate audiences.

She trains teams, consults on cross-disciplinary projects, and builds programs that turn engagement into measurable growth and memorable storytelling.
